What you will do Sales Operations Management - Create and enforce policies and process to guide inside sales and logistics work around the world. - Grow our inside sales organization to exceed our customers’ expectations. - Own the inside sales strategy to provide a streamlined connection with our manufacturing operations. - Implement a world-class sales rewards and development system for both new and existing employees. - Roll up your sleeves to support your team with various day to day activities and projects. Supply Chain - Lead logistics team to ensure that our logistics vendors provide high quality solutions at the best price. - Optimize global warehouse network to leverage commercial strategy while protecting our assets. Sales reporting using CRM system - Build and execute sales pipeline reporting strategy. |
| 應聘要求 | 1.Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese 2.Bachelor’s degree. 3.2+ years of sales or marketing people leadership experience. 4.Experience negotiating with customers. 5.Have strong experience in task and project management for self and teams. Able to explain their system of doing this. Able to manage their and their team’s workloads and expectations. 6.Excited about their career development, skill development and new challenges. 7.Willing to work flexible hours to collaborate with overseas teams, such as 7 AM to 4 PM several days per week. 8.Have driver’s license and comfortable driving. 9.Ability to travel up to 10%. |
